The Road Chef Oven Baking Tray is made from 304 stainless steel.
Its ingenious design to allows to cook faster, and in a more even manner, creating a tastier meal.
The holes punched down either side of the tray and the tongues on the front and the back allow the heat from the element on the bottom to maximise natural the convection.
When hung on the top rail in the oven the baking tray doesn’t act as a frying pan, enabling more even cooking top and bottom.
It also allows enough room for the two racks to be placed at the bottom of the oven
